Ms. Marcario will continue to serve as the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Rivian Foundation. Effective upon Ms. Marcario’s resignation, the size of the Board will be reduced from eight to seven members. We thank Ms. Marcario for her service on the Board and for her continued support of the Rivian Foundation.
