On July 15, 2025, CACI International Inc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the passing of Michael A. Daniels, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors. To effectuate a seamless transition, the Company’s Board of Directors elected Lisa S. Disbrow as Chair of the Company’s Board of Directors effective July 14, 2025.
