The   initial focus will   include hard-cooked and   extended shelf-life egg   product lines.   The new entity,   located in   Neosho, Missouri, will   operate as MeadowCreek   Foods, LLC.   The Company   will retain   a controlling   interest in   the venture.   A copy   of the   Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
