(the “Company”), Bank of America, N.A. (the “Lender”), and certain wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company (the “Loan Party Subsidiaries” and, together with the Company, the “Loan Parties”) entered into a Fifth Amendment to Credit Agreement (the “Fifth Amendment”).
