(the “Company”) announced on November 11, 2020 that Molly P. Adams, the Company’s Division President, Famous Footwear was resigning from the Company effective November 20, 2020 to pursue an opportunity outside of the Company. The Company also announced the appointment of Michael Edwards to succeed Ms. Adams as Division President, Famous Footwear at that time.
