Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 11, 2021, Essential Utilities,
Inc. (the “Company”) is providing guidance via telephone and webcast. As disclosed in its press release, dated December
7, 2020, the presentation and question session will begin at 11:00 a.m. on January 11, 2021. President and Chief Executive Officer
Chris Franklin and other members of the Company’s senior leadership team will present on the Company's current operations,
financial outlook, capital investment, future growth strategy, and the Company’s ESG objectives. The presentation to be used
is attached as an exhibit to this Form 8-K.
