Regulation FD Disclosure.   On May 1, 2024 AgEagle Aerial Systems Inc. (the “ Company ”) issued a press release announcing the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers completed its training for National Guardsman utilizing, among other unmanned aviation systems (“ UAS ”), the Company’s AgEagle eBee TAC drone and the first fixed-wing drone to be added to the Defense Innovation Unit Blue UAS list, cleared to fly over humans.
