Other Events.
On May 16, 2025, Vaxart, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s board of directors approved resolutions to narrow the proposed reverse split range at the Company’s upcoming annual meeting of stockholders and proposes reducing authorized shares at a future meeting of stockholders. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and, other than the quotes by Mr. Lo, is incorporated by reference herein.
