(the “Company”) issued a letter to stockholders from its Chief Executive Officer, Steven Lo, and a press release regarding the latest developments in the Company’s vaccine programs and the proposed reverse stock split to be voted on at the Company’s upcoming 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.   Copies of the letter and the press release are being furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
