(the “Company”) announced the passing of Sidney Kirschner, the independent chairperson of its Board of Directors. Effective February 28, 2023, the Company reduced the number of seats on the Board of Directors to six (6) and elected Michael Benstock, chief executive officer of the Company, as chair of its Board of Directors.   Also effective February 28, 2023, the Company created the position of Lead Director. The Lead Director must be an independent director of the Company.
