(the “ Company ”) issued a press release discussing top-line results from the first part of a two-part Phase 2 clinical study of the Company’s Wuhan S-only COVID-19 pill vaccine candidate and announcing that it will hold a conference call and webcast on September 1, 2022, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time, to discuss that data.
