On July 6, 2022, KLA Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the early results of the previously announced cash tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) for up to $500.0 million aggregate principal amount of the Company’s outstanding 4.650% Senior Notes due 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. In addition, on July 6, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing the pricing of the Tender Offer.
