Consistent with the principles of both the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), American Vanguard Corporation (“Registrant”) has adopted both a Climate Change Commitment and Human Rights Policy as part of its overall Environmental, Social Responsibility and Governance (ESG) effort. The full text of both documents is linked hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
