Emerging growth company   ☐ If an emerging growth company, indicate by check mark if the registrant has elected not to use the extended transition period for complying with any new or revised financial accounting standards provided pursuant to Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act.  ☐       Item 8.01 Other Events On November 6, 2020, Dover Corporation (the “Company”) gave notice that it was terminating the aggregate commitments under its $450 million 364-Day Revolving Credit Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of May 6, 2020 among the Company, a syndicate of nine lending banks (the “Lenders”) and Bank of America, N.A. as Administrative Agent (the “Agent”). The effective date of the termination of the commitments will be November 12, 2020. The Agent has agreed on behalf of itself and the Lenders that as of the effective date, upon payment by the Company of any outstanding fees and payments due under the Agreement, the Agreement will be terminated.
