Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 12, 2020, Robert T. Sharp stepped down from his role as Executive President Commercial & Residential Solutions of Emerson Electric Co. (the “Company”). Mr. Sharp’s employment with the Company will end after an appropriate transition period.
