(b) On July 24, 2020, Anne R. Pramaggiore notified Motorola Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) that she will resign as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and the Compensation and Leadership Committee, effective immediately. Ms. Pramaggiore’s decision to resign was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
