In response to Prime Minister Modi’s announcement and other recent orders of the Government of Karnataka, India, Kewaunee Scientific Corporation (“Kewaunee”) has temporarily suspended operations at its Bangalore, India manufacturing facility. It is unknown how long this lockdown will continue as the situation around COVID-19 continues to evolve. Kewaunee plans to file a Current Report on Form 8-K to notify the public once operations at its Bangalore, India manufacturing facility have resumed.
