Credit Agreement On March 24, 2020, Roku, Inc. (“ Roku ”) borrowed $69.6 million aggregate principal amount of revolving loans pursuant to the Credit Agreement, dated as of February 19, 2019, as amended on May 3, 2019 by an Incremental Assumption and Amendment No. 1 (the “ Credit Agreement ” and the “ Amendment ”), by and among Roku, as borrower, the lenders from time to time party thereto, the issuing banks from time to time party thereto, and Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., as administrative agent and collateral agent. Please see our Current Reports on Form 8-K (file no. 001-38211) as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 21, 2019 and May 6, 2019 , for further information regarding the Credit Agreement and the Amendment.
