On January 14, 2020, The New York Times Company (the “Company”) issued a press release that included certain information regarding the Company’s revenues for the year ended December 29, 2019. A copy of this press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form  8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
