Other Events.
On June 25, 2018, Equifax Inc. (the Company) entered into a Consent
Order (the Consent Order) with state banking regulators in response to their multi-state review of the Companys information technology and security controls. A copy of the Consent Order is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is
incorporated by reference herein.
