On May 7, 2018, Apple Inc. filed a Current Report on Form 8-K, which included a Notice of Proposed Settlement and Settlement Hearing as Exhibit 99.1 to that filing (the “Notice”). This Form 8-K amendment is being filed solely to correct the reference in the Notice to the date by which any written shareholder objections to the settlement of In re Apple Inc. E-Book Derivative Litigation Case No. 1-14-CV-269543 must be filed. Written objections must be filed on or before July 6, 2018; not June 29, 2018, as was indicated on page 9 of the Notice included as Exhibit 99.1 to the original filing.
