On April 28, 2017, Stephen Kaye’s employment with Korn/Ferry International (the “Company”) will end. Mr. Kaye will receive severance benefits consistent with his previously disclosed employment letter. Item 8.01 Other Events. Effective April 3, 2017, Mark Arian will succeed Mr. Kaye and serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s Hay Group.
