Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition This Form 8-K/A amends the Form 8-K filed by Southern California Edison Company on May 7, 2010 in connection with the financial results of Edison International, Southern California Edison Company’s corporate parent, and its subsidiaries for the quarter ended March 31, 2010 and the financial teleconference held on May 7, 2010 (the “Original 8-K”). Southern California Edison Company is furnishing this Form 8-K/A for the sole purpose of providing corrections to the presentation used in connection with the financial teleconference, which is furnished with this report on amended Exhibit 99.2. The corrections to the financial teleconference presentation do not affect the press release reporting the financial results that was furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to the Original 8-K but that exhibit is re-furnished with this Form 8-K/A for convenience. No other changes to the Original 8-K have been made. Exhibit 99.2 is amended by correcting the Southern California Edison Company Capital Investment Forecast and SCE Rate Base Forecast slides (slides 17 and 18) of the financial teleconference presentation to add the correct calendar years at base of the columns. The Southern California Edison Company rate base forecast and Southern California Edison Company capital investment forecast are not otherwise being changed or amended. The updated version of Exhibit 99.2 is attached hereto and supersedes Exhibit 99.2 to the original Form 8-K filed on May 7, 2010 in its entirety.
