Effective January 1, 2006, D. Gregory Scott was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of Bridgford Foods Corporation. Greg will also serve on the Audit and Compensation Committees. Greg is the Managing Director of Peak Holdings, LLC, an investment management company, based in Beverly Hills. Peak Holdings and its affiliates own and manage in excess of 3 million square feet of office, retail and warehouse space throughout the United States. The Registrant issued a press release that announced these events on January 3, 2006. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
