Results of Operations and Financial Condition On October 28, 2004, Reliability Incorporated issued a press release announcing financial results for the three- and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2004. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. Item 2.06. Material Impairments Due to the continued lack of sales of the Ezy-Load product, the Company considered it necessary to perform an impairment review of the associated goodwill during the quarter. As a result of this review an impairment charge of $673,000 was recorded. Item 9.01.
