Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition. On March 3, 2017, Middlesex Water Company announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2016. The revision to the March 3, 2017 press release described above has been included in a revised press release, which was issued by the Company on March 3, 2017.
