Other Events.   On September 19, 2019, Colgate-Palmolive Company (“ Colgate ”) completed its previously announced acquisition of Laboratoires Filorga Cosmétiques, pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement, dated as of July 11, 2019, by and between Colgate and Filorga Initiatives, for a cash purchase price of approximately €1,516 million (approximately US$ 1,674 million), which includes interest on the previously disclosed equity purchase price.
