Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 7, 2018, Donaldson Company, Inc. issued a press release
announcing provisional estimates of the impact from the Federal Tax Cuts
and Jobs Act (“TCJA”) on its fiscal 2018 results. A copy of the press
release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
The information in the Form 8-K and the Exhibit attached hereto shall
