Mr. Blumenthal was a member of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”), and he served on the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating Committee of the Board. Mr. Blumenthal’s contributions to the Company and the Board are deeply appreciated, and he will be missed.
