Hurco Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) has eliminated the employment and officer positions of Executive Vice President, International Sales/Service, effective as of January 11, 2017. As a result of the foregoing action, (1) the employment by the Company of John P. Donlon has been terminated and (2) Mr. Donlon was removed from such office, in each case effective January 11, 2017. The Company expresses its gratitude to Mr. Donlon for his many years of service to the Company.
