On February 1, 2011, the Nathan’s Famous, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the fiscal quarter ended December 26, 2010.  The press release also reported that the Company had increased the number of shares of common stock available for purchase under its stock buyback program.
