(b) On April 25, 2025, Brigitte Muehlmann, PhD and CPA, informed CreditRiskMonitor.com, Inc. (the “Company”) that she does not intend to stand for re-election to its
Board of Directors. Dr. Muehlmann does not have any disagreements with the Company requiring reporting under this Item 5.02. The Company wishes to thank Dr. Muehlmann for her service on the Board of Directors.
