Melnick and Richard Lippe informed the Board of Directors of CreditRiskMonitor.com, Inc.  (the “Company”) that he does not intend to stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the Company’s 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Neither Mr. Melnick nor Mr. Lippe has informed the Company of any disagreements he may have with the Company related to its operations, policies or practices. The Company wishes to thank each of Mr. Melnick and Mr. Lippe for his service on the Board of Directors. The Company expects to nominate two other director candidates for election at the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
