Item 7.01 – Regulation FD Disclosure. On December 18, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing a dividend declared by the Company's Board of Directors on December 17, 2019.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
