Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 16, 2024, Linda Jojo, Executive Vice President and
Chief Customer Officer of United Airlines Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), the parent company of United Airlines, Inc.,
informed the Company of her intention to retire from the Company, effective January 2, 2025. Upon her retirement, Ms. Jojo will
have had over a decade of distinguished service with
the Company.
Ms. Jojo will receive benefits in connection with her retirement
in accordance with applicable agreements and Company plans, subject to their terms and conditions.
