(the "Company") in its Current Report on Form 8-K filed on July 1, 2022, relating to the Lao Action (as defined herein). The sole purpose of this Amendment is to provide an update on the Lao Action.   Item 8.01 Other Events   On September 28, 2022, the Court in the action captioned Lao v. Dalian Wanda Group Co., Ltd., et al. , C.A. No. 2019-0303 (Del. Ch.) (the “Lao Action”) scheduled a hearing for November 30, 2022 at 11 a.m. at the Leonard L.
