Other Events.   On September 28, 2022, IBM notified The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, that it will redeem its $900 million aggregate principal amount of 2.875% Notes due 2022 in full at the redemption price calculated in accordance with the indenture governing the notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest. The redemption date for the notes will be October 28, 2022.
