Departure of Director or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers.   Middlesex Water Company (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors nominated Vaughn L. McKoy, JD, MBA to serve on its Board, effective July 15, 2021 as outlined in the attached press release.   Mr. McKoy will be appointed to serve on the Audit Committee of the Board and will stand for election as a Class III Director at the Company’s next Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
