(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the acquisition of assets of Mohawk Rubber Sales of New England Inc., a tire repair distributor in the retail, commercial, and re-tread channels (“Mohawk”). The Company financed the purchase price of $25.5 million through its revolving credit facility. The purchase price is subject to customary working capital and other adjustments and assumption of certain liabilities of Seller. In 2021, Mohawk’s revenues were approximately $65 million.
