Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Thomas L. Doerr, Jr. will be leaving his role as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (“Manitowoc” or the “Company”) effective May 26, 2022 to pursue another opportunity. Tom served Manitowoc for nearly fifteen years. He has been a valued partner on the legal and executive team and, among other things, played a significant role in assisting the Company with its many M&A transactions. As Tom moves on to his next professional venture, the Company wishes him well.
