On November 1, 2021, Olin Corporation (the “Company,”) issued a press release to announce the commencement of a cash tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) to purchase a portion of the Company’s 9.500% Senior Notes due 2025 (the “Notes”). In connection with the Tender Offer, the Company also announced it intends to commence the solicitation of consents to amend the indenture governing the Notes.
