In connection with his previously announced departure from Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (the “Company”) on June 30, 2020, Thomas J. Perrotti entered into a separation agreement and release, dated March 12, 2020, which sets forth the terms of his separation and release in accordance with the Company’s Corporate Officer Severance Plan.  A copy of the separation agreement and release is filed as Exhibit 10.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.   Item 9.01 Financial Statements and Exhibits.
