Corporation (the “Company”) issued a notice of redemption for $500 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 2.050% Senior Notes due 2022 (the “Notes”). The redemption is expected to occur on December 6, 2021 (the “Redemption Date”). The Notes are redeemable at a redemption price that includes a make-whole premium, plus any interest accrued and unpaid to the Redemption Date.
