On June 18, 2019, Mr. P. Justin Skala, Executive Vice President,
Chief Growth & Strategy Officer, announced his intention to retire from Colgate-Palmolive Company (the “Company”)
effective August 1, 2019 to assume a leadership role outside the Company.
