Retirement of Gerald Ng: Gerald Ng, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Data I/O Corporation (the “Company”), announced his planned retirement and upcoming transition, which is expected to take place in the second quarter of 2025. The specific timing is subject to completion of pre-determined activities in the second quarter. A search will be undertaken to fill this role with a new replacement.
