Lohr, Jr. notified Danaher’s Board of Directors that he has decided not to stand for reelection at the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders to be held on May 7, 2024, and will retire from the Danaher Board as of the annual meeting. Mr. Lohr’s decision was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
