Poarch, Senior Vice President, Project Execution of The Williams Companies, Inc. (the "Company"), submitted his resignation. His last day with the Company was February 28, 2020 . Mr. Poarch was a named executive officer of the Company for the year ending December 31, 2019. The Company and Mr. Poarch did not enter into, and accordingly no material grant or award was made under, any material compensatory plan, contract or arrangement.
