Moore, Jr. to serve as the Lead Independent Director, effective August 3, 2017 , to serve until the next annual meeting of the Board of Directors to be held in August, 2018. On August 3, 2017 , the Company issued a press release announcing a quarterly dividend for the Company’s common stock.
