Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K of Terex Corporation (“Terex”) are the prepared statements of Terex from it’s April 29, 2022 conference call providing certain first quarter 2022 financial results. In addition, a replay of the teleconference is available to the public at https://investors.terex.com. During the question and answer portion of the conference call, Julie Beck, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer when discussing the volume/price mix for the first quarter inadvertently said that two-thirds of the increase was related to price and one-third was related to volume.
