Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers On May 31, 2018, Thomas A. Kennedy, Senior Vice President, Global Operations of Teleflex Incorporated (the “Company”), advised the Company that he will retire on March 31, 2019.   Mr. Kennedy will continue to serve in his present position until his successor is appointed; thereafter, Mr. Kennedy will support the transition to his successor until Mr. Kennedy’s retirement.
